1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by London Watchful Security LTD ("we", "us", "our") to our customers ("you").

By engaging our services or accepting a quotation from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Our Services

We provide professional installation, configuration, and repair of security systems including CCTV, access control, intercom, intruder alarm, and data network cabling.

All services are carried out by our own team. We do not use subcontractors.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Quoted prices are fixed and inclusive of labour, installation, and agreed materials unless otherwise stated in writing.
Any additional work requested outside the original quotation may be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. This will be clearly stated in your quotation.
We accept payment by bank transfer or cash.
Late or outstanding payments may result in the suspension of any ongoing support services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Equipment & Warranty

We install equipment from trusted and reputable brands.
We stand fully behind the quality of our installation workmanship.
Electronic equipment can occasionally develop technical faults beyond our control. Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product, and we will always be transparent about warranty coverage before installation.
We are not liable for equipment faults caused by manufacturing defects, misuse, accidental damage, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property and requirements before installation.
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed installation date.
Inform us of any existing systems, structural features, or restrictions that may affect the installation.
Not attempt to modify, repair, or tamper with installed systems without consulting us first.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or failure of installed equipment.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your property that occurs after installation.

9. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph our completed installations for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
Personal or identifying information will not be included in any published images without your consent.
If you do not wish us to photograph our work at your property, please inform us before installation begins.

10. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date.
